Garment manufacturer for Polish and European brands
From design to finished collection.
Under one roof.
We combine experience gathered since 1989 with our own pattern and production facilities. We develop patterns and prototypes, cut, sew, embroider, finish and pack garments to your brand's requirements.
Services
Full-package production
The process can start from your documentation or from nothing more than an idea — we prepare the design in house. From there we coordinate the consecutive stages so that the brand receives a finished product consistent with the approved sample and the agreed standard. The scope of each project depends on the product category, fabric, technology and quantity.
Scope
- designing the product, if the brand does not have a design yet
- review of the project and documentation, when the brand has its own
- pattern construction or adaptation
- sample preparation and approval
- preparing material for cutting
- cutting and bulk sewing
- machine embroidery
- inspection, pressing and packing
What we need to quote
- product description and the stage the project is at — or just the idea, if there is no design yet
- technical documentation or reference photos
- planned quantity and deadline
- agreement on who supplies materials and trims
Design and consulting
You do not have to arrive with a finished design, a sketch or a reference. An idea is enough: tell us what you want to make and who it is for, and we prepare the rest in house — the look of the product, the construction, the material and the technology. If you already have your own design, we work from it.
Scope
- designing a product from scratch, from a brief
- designing from inspiration, photos or a reference to reproduce
- design of woven labels, hangtags and care labels
- unit packaging: design, sourcing and ordering from the supplier
- branding on the product: prints, logo embroidery, placement of the mark
- selection of materials, trims and production technology
- technical documentation and construction notes before production
What we can design
- the product — silhouette, details, colourways
- woven labels, hangtags and care labels
- unit packaging — from design through to ordering
- branding on the product: print, embroidery, placement of the mark
What we need to quote
- a description of the idea: what it is, who it is for and what it has to do
- planned quantity and type of product
- a sketch, technical drawing or photo of a reference — if you already have one
- materials and trims, if already chosen
Pattern making and prototypes
A well-prepared pattern prevents problems in bulk production. We translate a design into construction and technology decisions that can be verified before the run starts.
Scope
- review of your design or reference garment
- pattern construction
- adjustments to cut and measurements
- template preparation
- sewing of the pre-production sample
- implementing approved corrections
What we need to quote
- sketch, tech pack, physical sample or a clear product description
- measurement chart, if available
- information about fabric and trims
- required sizes and grading approach
- planned quantity and deadline
A modern machine park
What can be sewn is decided by the machine park. Ours covers both standard and specialist machines — they determine whether a construction from the drawing is feasible at all, and whether it comes out consistent across the whole run.
Scope
- standard and specialist sewing machines
- automatic cutting equipment
- 12-head computerised embroidery machine
- pressing and finishing equipment
- knitting machines
What it changes in practice
- a wide range of garments — from light knitwear to multi-layer products
- cutting prepared by machine rather than traced by hand
- multi-colour embroidery done in house, without a subcontractor
- consistent parameters across the whole run
What we need to quote
- the product and its construction
- material: knit, woven, layers
- decoration technologies, if any are planned
- planned quantity
Our own knitting mill
We knit our fabrics on site. The material does not pass through an intermediary, so its parameters are set here and it goes straight to the cutting room — a shorter route and control over quality from the first stage.
Scope
- knitting fabric for our own production
- matching fabric parameters to the construction
- material passed directly to the cutting room
- inspection of the material before cutting
What we need to quote
- the product the fabric is intended for
- expected properties of the material
- planned quantity
- the deadline for the finished run
Finishing and packing
Even a well-sewn product loses impact if threads, creases or production marks remain on it. Finished goods go through inspection and preparation before they reach the customer.
Scope
- final visual inspection
- trimming and removing production residue
- pressing and folding
- individual packing
- bulk packing
What we need to quote
- expected packing standard
- type of individual packaging
- how master cartons should be labelled

About us
ELASTIC has been on the market since 1989. Our plant is in Aleksandrów Łódzki, barely a dozen kilometres from Łódź. From the very beginning, our domain has been manufacturing garments for external clients — and that has not changed. Over the years we have worked with international brands such as Burberry, Kappa and H2O. Today we manufacture for customers in Western Europe (Austria, Norway) and for leading Polish apparel brands. We also have our own garment construction department, so the design does not have to come from outside — an idea is enough to start.
How we work
We adapt the process to the stage of your project, its construction, the fabric and the planned quantity — while keeping clear approval points.
