Full-package garment manufacturing for brands
The process can start from your documentation or from nothing more than an idea — we prepare the design in house. From there we coordinate the consecutive stages so that the brand receives a finished product consistent with the approved sample and the agreed standard. The scope of each project depends on the product category, fabric, technology and quantity.
At Elastic we combine our own garment construction department with the pattern room, cutting room, sewing floor, embroidery and finishing departments. We can start from your documentation, work together to establish what is still needed to develop the pattern, or design the product from scratch — the design does not have to come from outside. Once the pre-production version is approved we run the batch, monitor workmanship and pack the finished goods to the agreed standard.
The scope of every project depends on the product category, fabric, technology and quantity. That is why, before quoting, we review the documentation and agree who is responsible for materials, trims, decoration and transport.

Frequently asked questions
Does Elastic handle the whole production process?
Yes, and it can start earlier than usually assumed: with designing the product, if the brand does not have a design. From there: pattern construction and the pre-production sample, cutting, sewing, machine embroidery, finishing and packing. The exact scope is confirmed after we talk about the product.
Do you help source fabrics and trims?
We work with suppliers of wovens, knits, labels, zips and tapes, as well as printing partners. The purchasing model and responsibility for materials are agreed individually.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?
Tick the NDA option in the form — we will agree the terms before you send sensitive project documentation.
