We knit our fabrics on site. The material does not pass through an intermediary, so its parameters are set here and it goes straight to the cutting room — a shorter route and control over quality from the first stage.
Having our own knitting mill means the material is not bought in — it is produced in our own facility. We set the parameters of the knit for a specific product, and the finished fabric goes straight to the cutting room: no transport, no waiting for delivery, and no responsibility for quality split between companies.
In practice this changes two things. First, the route from the decision about the material to the finished run gets shorter. Second, when something needs adjusting — weight, structure, behaviour after washing — the correction happens here rather than in another round of talks with a supplier.
Fabric from our knitting mill then enters the same process as any other material: preparation and cutting, sewing, and finally inspection and packing.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order fabric only, without the sewing?
The knitting mill works primarily for our own production. We assess selling fabric on its own case by case — tell us the quantity and type you need.
Do you also sew from customer-supplied fabric?
Yes. Our own knitting is an option, not a condition of working together. The purchasing model and responsibility for the material are agreed per project.
