From an idea to a finished product — the design is made here

You do not have to arrive with a finished design, a sketch or a reference. An idea is enough: tell us what you want to make and who it is for, and we prepare the rest in house — the look of the product, the construction, the material and the technology. If you already have your own design, we work from it.

Design and consulting

Most factories start work once the brand brings a finished design. Here the design can be made on site: we have our own garment construction department, so an idea is enough to start the conversation. You do not need a sketch, a technical drawing or a reference — you need to know what you want to sell.

We work along two tracks, depending on what you bring. If you have a direction but no design, we design the product from scratch: silhouette, details, colourways, and then the construction. If you have your own design or a reference to reproduce, we work from it and advise on material, technology and the places that cause trouble in a production run. Designing garments and making samples from our own designs lets us take part in creating a new collection, not only sew it.

The path is the same on both tracks: a conversation about what the product is and who it is for, a proposed direction, a sketch for approval, a technical drawing, and finally the construction and the pre-production sample — that stage is run by the pattern room. A correction at sketch stage is free; at series stage it is not.

We also design what comes with the product: woven labels, hangtags, care labels and the branding on the garment itself — print, logo embroidery and placement of the mark. Unit packaging we can take further than the design: we source it and order it from the supplier, so the brand receives it ready together with the run. That way there is no need to assemble the whole from several suppliers.

Do you design garments from scratch?

Yes. We have our own garment construction department and design the product from the ground up: silhouette, details, colourways, then the construction and the pre-production sample. If you have your own design or a reference to reproduce, we work from it — both routes are normal here.

What do I need to have to start?

An idea. It is enough to tell us what you want to make, who it is for and in what quantity. A sketch, a technical drawing or a reference help, but they are not a condition — if you do not have them, we prepare them here.

Do you also design labels, hangtags and packaging?

Yes. The design team prepares woven labels, hangtags and care labels and the branding on the product: print, logo embroidery and placement of the mark. Unit packaging we can handle end to end — design, sourcing and ordering from the supplier. We agree the scope together with the production scope when quoting.
