Privacy policy

Obowiązuje od: 13 August 2026

This document explains what personal data we collect through elastic.com.pl, why we collect it and who processes it on our behalf. We have written it in plain language — if anything is unclear, write to kontakt@elastic.com.pl.

The controller of your personal data is Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe Elastic Sp. z o.o., ul. Zgierska 61/63, 95-070 Aleksandrów Łódzki, Poland.

2. What we collect and why

Enquiry form

When you fill in the form you provide us with: your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, country, and information about the project (product type, scope of work, planned quantity, project stage, expected deadline, your message and — if you provide one — a link to documentation in your own cloud storage).

We use it solely to assess the enquiry, reply to it and — if we start working together — to run the manufacturing project.

Technical data and traffic source

If you consent to marketing cookies, we store a random visitor identifier together with advertising click identifiers (for example gclid, fbclid) and campaign parameters (utm_*). This serves only to establish which source an enquiry came from. We do not track you across websites and we do not create a browser fingerprint.

The mechanism honours browser privacy signals — Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If you have them enabled, we do not collect this data even after consent is given.

Visit statistics

With your consent to analytics cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site and which content is read. IP addresses are anonymised.

3. Legal bases

Purpose Legal basis (GDPR)

4. Who processes data for us

We do not sell data. We use providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

Provider Role Location
AIZEN SYSTEM Aleksandra Czujko enquiry handling system in which the submission is recorded European Union (Frankfurt)
Netlify website hosting USA — standard contractual clauses
Cloudflare form spam protection (Turnstile), attachment storage EU / USA — standard contractual clauses
Resend e-mail delivery (submission confirmation, correspondence) USA — standard contractual clauses
Google Ireland Ltd. visit statistics (Google Analytics 4) — only with consent EU / USA — standard contractual clauses
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. advertising performance measurement — only with marketing consent EU / USA — standard contractual clauses

If you do not give marketing consent, information about your enquiry is not passed to Meta or Google. It stays with us and in our enquiry handling system.

5. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that did not lead to collaboration — up to 24 months from the last contact.
  • Data related to an order — for the period required by tax and accounting law.
  • Traffic source information — up to 120 days.
  • A record of your consent choice — until you change it or clear your browser storage.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • rectify inaccurate data,
  • erasure („the right to be forgotten”),
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You can withdraw cookie consent using the „Cookie settings” link in the footer. For anything else, write to kontakt@elastic.com.pl — we respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. Technical documentation and attachments

The form on this site deliberately does not accept files. Technical documentation is often covered by confidentiality and intellectual property rights, so we request it after an initial conversation, through a separate secure link. Please do not send us materials you do not have the rights to share.

The form does, however, include an optional field for a link to documentation in your own cloud storage (for example Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). In that case we store the link itself — we do not download or keep the file, and we do not open the content behind the link automatically. Before you share it, check who it grants access to and for how long; do not pass on confidential material before terms are agreed. You can revoke the link on your side at any time.

8. Cookies

A detailed list of files and technologies is available in our cookie policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change the scope of data processing, we will update this document and its effective date. A material change invalidates previously given cookie consent — we will ask again.
