How we work

A good process starts with good decisions

The better we understand the product before work starts, the more accurately we can assess technology, scope and next steps. That is why we do not open with a headline price — we open with the information needed for a proper review.

You do not need to have a design. If the brand does not have one, our own garment construction department prepares it — an idea is enough to start, along with what the product is and who it is for.

Seven stages

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Send us a product description, documentation or reference photos, the fabric type, planned quantity and expected deadline. If you do not have all of it yet, tell us what stage the project is at.

  2. 02

    Feasibility review

We assess whether the construction and technology fit our capabilities, what information is missing and which stages we can deliver.

  3. 03

    Scope agreement

We define responsibility for the design, construction, materials, trims, decoration, samples, production, packing and transport. If the brand has no design, our in-house design team makes it — the creative scope is then agreed alongside every other stage.

    Scope and documentation approved

  4. 04

    Prototype and corrections

We develop or adapt the pattern, sew a pre-production sample and implement approved changes.

    Sample approved

  5. 05

    Production preparation

We gather the agreed materials and trims and prepare the marker layouts.

    Go-ahead for production

  6. 06

    Cutting and sewing

We run the batch with ongoing conformity checks. Departments work together and the product is inspected at consecutive stages.

  7. 07

    Inspection and handover

Finished goods are inspected, trimmed, pressed and packed as agreed.

    Finished run accepted

What affects timing and price

We confirm deadlines after reviewing the project. These factors decide most often.

  • how complete the technical documentation is
  • availability of fabrics and trims
  • complexity of the construction and sewing technology
  • number of prototype correction rounds
  • batch size and size range
  • our current production schedule

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a quote without documentation?

We can tell you whether the project fits our capabilities, but a reliable quote requires information about construction, fabric and quantity. Without them we would give you a number that would change anyway.

How many prototype correction rounds are included?

The number of rounds and the approval rules are agreed within the scope of each project, before work begins.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?

Tick the NDA option in the form — we will agree the terms before you send sensitive project documentation.
